Company Principal

Our company Principal, Jeannie Stratton, is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD and has been delivering services in HR People Management, and providing solutions in Organisational Development for over 30 years.
Jeannie has developed and delivered a wide range of HR Policy and Strategies and delivered major organisational change programmes including management and organisational restructuring, resourcing programmes, delegation of HR operational practice to line management, performance management and improving attendance solutions.
